As I’ve mentioned previously, the following prayer is
just a guideline, much as the Lord’s prayer is a guide. It gives you all the elements you need. What you need to let
your heart assemble them together into your personal prayer. Incidentally, the “Lord’s Prayer” is probably
a better guide for this than I shall give.
“Dear Heavenly Father, forgive me for all that I have done. I realize that I have been disobedient to you and the blood
of Jesus is before me. Do not count His death against me, but may I receive from you that most precious gift shown to me.
I want Jesus to be Lord and Savior in my life. I want the Holy Spirit to empower me to walk after the ways of You, dear Father,
that I may live from now on to please you. And when I fall, help me back up by the strength of your Spirit and the encouragement
of your Son. Thank you Father. Amen.”

That’s it. It can be longer or shorter. Just try to understand all that you are saying. Make sure that repentance is
from your heart and immerse yourself in Jesus that He might baptize you with the Holy Spirit and with FIRE. Then go tell someone
what you have done, for the Bible says, “That if thou shalt confess with thy mouth the Lord Jesus, and shalt believe
in thine heart that God hath raised him from the dead, thou shalt be saved. For with the heart man believeth unto righteousness;
and with the mouth confession is made unto salvation.” (Romans 10:9, 10)
The following form is NOT to brag about how great I'm doing, but rather to be able to be in
contact with you and help you get established in a body of believers where you live. My answers to such questions will
be different for each person, because each person is different. Also, I am here giving you the ability to make known
to others that you have made your decision for the Lord "for with the mouth confession is made unto salvation". Lastly,
I am providing a means to get you help in the way of discipleship. I do not think I am up to the challenge, but there
are others on the Internet that you may find better equipped to do this. From time to time I may, as God leads, take
on the mentoring of a new Christian. For I love all those who are called by the Father, His children.
